CWSFD - Water Meter Replacement Project

Hemphill Construction Co. has begun the Meter Replacement project for Cleary Water Sewer Fire District (CWSFD). During construction, customers will encounter equipment and personnel performing small-scale excavations and water meter installations on the county rights-of-way, private roads, and in customer’s yards near the existing water meter. Many customers could experience temporary water outages as the contractor changes out the meters.
The CWSFD asks for your patience and understanding during this process. CWSFD’s customers can look forward to better service and a more accurate recording of water usage upon completion of the project.
